A small distillery located in the heart of the Shoalhaven, NSW.
Old-Salt Distillery currently produces a range of award winning gins, vodka and liqueurs, as they await their whiskey to mature. In addition to spirits, they produce their own craft beers, fruit-based seltzers and non alcoholic sodas.
