About This Restaurant
After a great first few months of opening Charlotte's at Franklin Manor and with some great reviews from our diners, we are taking a break over the quieter period and will reopen to the public again on October 1st, 2025, with an exciting new choice of menus. Charlotte's is located within the historic Franklin Manor in Strahan. Our restaurant, bar, and cellar offer a truly unique dining experience, featuring Fine French Cuisine made with 100% Tasmanian Produce. Whether you’re a local or visiting, we invite you to join us again in October for a memorable evening. Open, Wednesday to Saturday, from 5pm until late.
